My Son is snowed in in DC outside really Maryland line 24 inches and intermittent electricity. He texted us that message. Hope he's okay as is blind can see a bit with a scope. Texted most snow ever seen and we live in CT. Snow 32 degrees or colder. Texture of snow can depend on temp too. When it gets colder it ices then ice on the snow, under the snow or in between. Horrible. Phillipa
