It's been a few months since I quit the YMCA and I am totally out of shape again. I just slow jogged, and it was really slow too. I did about half a kilometre before I had to walk, then I started blacking out! I had to sit down on the path like an idiot.
I drank some water and sat down for about 10 minutes before I felt OK to walk home again. I am soooo out of shape! This sucks.
