Hi All,
Ya know sometimes people ask me how old my cat is, and I always convert it to people years so they don't have to. I just say he's 28 (4X7=28). So I just read an 07 study that points out that there is a shortened lifespan in people with serious mental problems, by 25 years. Here's my dilemma. When someone asks me my age (I'm 54), should I go ahead and convert it to depression years? I haven't done the all the math yet, but I think I'm really like 75. To my way of thinking this should be legal to get me the special lunch discount at the Waffle House.
