I am fat. I have a belly. I don't want the doctor to see my belly if she needs to listen to my heart.
I'm going to exercise tons and eat as little as possible to lose weight before my appointment. No running though, I'll just walk at an incline for a couple of hours a day.
I seriously think I'm just out of shape....but I will still go.
