Thanks! Tonight was actually the first time I took the SJW. I took 900mg, which is what seemed to be the norm from what I've read. I've been feeling a little sick to my stomach though, which I read was a possibility, so maybe I should have taken a lower dosage to see how I reacted to it first. How much do you take?
The Valerian gives me an odd reaction, I suddenly get motivated to organize things! I can't tell if its acting like a stimulant or not - its not really quite like that, but I've had the same reaction both times I've taken it. I've suddenly found myself organizing and tidying up things when I'm supposed to be getting ready for bed! Isn't that odd? I'll probably post this on meds or alternative tomorrow and see if anybody else has had this reaction.

P.S. What was that other one you mentioned? Is it for anxiety or depression?
