It sounds like you're going to have an amazing garden!!!!
You've done a lot of work already.
All I've done so far (although it was a lot of work) was RAKE up last fall's leaves. I also planted some crocus bulbs that I hadn't gotten around to planting last fall (except apparently I planted at least 4, as there are 4 pretty purple crocuses blooming).
I've also transplanted some snowdrops into various locations.
