It bugs me when announcers on the radio say:

for kilometer "Kill AH meh ter"

if they say that, they should say for centimeter:

"Sen TAWH meh ter" A pet peeve of mine.

Something I find strange is when people pronounce "ing" at the end of a word as "een"

Maybe it is a local 'dialect' - I'd be interested in knowing from where.

As in:

I went boating

I went boateen

Oh well, not everyone can be perfect like me! NOT
