Cultural differences are interesting.
I actually saw a photo of a ball sack being attached to a car in the USA in a Japanese newspaper.
This wouldn't be offensive or strange enough to the Australian sensibility to make it into a newspaper there.
I can't say for sure that it was offensive to me, but being across the other side of the planet made it easier to bear.
