Consider these examples which (always use 'which' whenever there is a choice between 'that' and 'which') show my difficulty.
No's (correct use of apostrophe?) 1 and 3, I shall have to study.1. Jones is the man whom I went fishing with last spring. (I went fishing with him.)
2. Joyce is the girl who got the job. (She got the job.)
3. Whom can we turn to in a time of crisis? (Can we turn to her?)
