The cast on his arm covered most of his forearm, and the damage done was pretty awful -- after more than 12 hours, stitches are at best problematic.
Just in case anyone actually thought to try this one. It's not a bad option, because it certainly gives you time to change your mind -- but that's the only benefit to it.
