The student counseling centre won't see me. :-(
I guess I'm too disordered for them or something. :-(

I think they are going to refer me to somewhere else. I didn't think I was that disordered...:-(

> I meant to ask you before. . . Do you like to exercise?

Unfortunately I never got into liking exercise much. I think it started in elementary school when I used to throw up every time we had physical education class.

>I love swimming, and I find it really helps change my mood. I'm usually in a foul mood when I wake up in the morning. If I didn't swim or do some other exercise, I don't know how I'd cope.

I don't know how to swim. :-( It might be fun to learn though. :-)

> I was also wondering about your classes? Are you taking any astronomy classes this semester?

No, astronomy is only a personal hobby of mine. I'm taking mainly molecular biology, physiology, biochem and organic chem classes.

> When you are immersed in classes you enjoy, such as astronomy, do you find that some of the negative thoughts disappear?

Hmmm...yes actually...when I'm immersed in a class I enjoy I concentrate only on the subject discussed. I guess I should attend class as much as I can then! Studying helps me too. I should get started! Classes started on Thurs. Sept. 8th.

Thanks for the suggestions
