Hi Deneb,

I think it helps to find a really good therapist, either a woman or a man, with whom you feel comfortable.

I meant to ask you before. . . Do you like to exercise? I love swimming, and I find it really helps change my mood. I'm usually in a foul mood when I wake up in the morning. If I didn't swim or do some other exercise, I don't know how I'd cope. Exercise is one of my coping mechanisms. It helps to dissipate a lot of negative energy.

I was also wondering about your classes? Are you taking any astronomy classes this semester? When you are immersed in classes you enjoy, such as astronomy, do you find that some of the negative thoughts disappear?

S.
