I am the biggest, most ardent fan of Sarah Brightman and have all her material but sadly have not been able to listen to it much or sing it (my passion) when depressed.

When I was deeply depressed last year, I listened a lot to Josh Groban. Then when my depression turned very dark at the end of last year, I could not get enough of Evannescance. Not the most appropriate music to listen to being suicidal because that is the theme of some songs.

Paradoxically, it comforted me.
