Thanks for asking, but I don't think I have SAD. When I finally got out and walked, it was already nightime, bummer. But I don't think the sun was out much today anyway.
I did make a snow-woman with my kids. They did such an awesome job!
Yes, I tried the lotion behind my ears and neck today. I liked it. I was calmer, but it was my day off!!
I think I'm working on some core issues with my T right now ... reason why I'm sad. Funny, 20 years later, same old sh*t. But I'm braver, stronger and more willing to face it head on. Think I'm making some progress.
Sounds like you are feeling better, doctor appoitments go okay?
I can't post much tonight, so tired.
