Anyone else 'brief recurrent unipolar depression'?

Or something like that. Lucky enough to be fine most of the time, then completely unpredictable plunge. But OK in about a week-10 days.

Seems to be unusual- problems with my GP (I'm in UK) and overstreched NHS. Lucky with empolyer-so far.
