hello there. i just want to welcome you to this site. i'm new to this site too because they wont let me on the newbie site aniemore. i know how it feels to have people in your life who dont understand. in my case it is my parents and friends. it is hard for people to understand what they have never experienced.
are these withdrawals you're going through? i went through minor ones but they were nothing and went away quicklie. if they are then i hope they pass soon. if not then i hope you find something that can help.
(P.S. i'v always used mind over matter for most things but i wouldnt recomend it. most people cant do it and if you can you become dependent on it)
