Meltdown

2 in as many weeks. I've called my pdoc, I have an appt tomorrow at 8am (earliest he can see me).
I'll be ok, I always am... but it's funny how this time I didn't think this was going to happen. If there is any change in meds, I hope it is an increase or decrease, because if I have to switch meds again, I'm going to scream.
I'll be back tomorrow or whenever, but I'll be back. To all my Babble buddies... Scott is ok, I really am... this is just a reeeeeaaallllyyyy bad day. I'll go look for the sunshine and be happy again soon. I promise. :)
