I understand it can be confusing. But it's not like PBP is for more serious topics and PSB for less serious ones...
PBP is for discussing psychology and psychotherapy: different theoretical orientations and techniques, the therapy process, transference, how to find a therapist, etc. If that thread isn't about psychology or psychotherapy, PBP really isn't the place for it.
And PSB is for general discussion and support, including being social. Which could include supporting someone who's suicidal. I know, it's not the best name, more precise might be PB General or PB Social and Everything Else...
Is that more clear?
