Wow, I just posted you another message at the other site giving you more directions to here! Glad to see you found it. I will be out of town today, but back later tonite. I slept well, and am feeling better today. I missed my workout yesterday because of stressing over this whole confusion - I will squeeze it in sometime this weekend, tho.
