do you really like what you do at this place and your job in general ?
I feel bad for you. Its unfortunate that people can be so insecure that when they see someone like whom they want to be then they get nasty. Why cant they just be happy with who they are and not compare themself to worldly standards all the time.
If you're not in a nice working environment then it could really take its toll on your mental health and quality of life. If it gets to the point that you're really unhappy, you should consider changing your place of work (if thats an option and a possiblity).
And I guess for the situation at hand, you could try to talk to the women who are jealous and show them that your nor perfect. Like share things that you would call your weaknesses and just make them feel like you've got your own problems and that having a perfect figure and perfect height isnt enough and that there's many other things in yourself that you could be better at ....(i dont mean to say anything offensive to you, just suggesting strategies to help people warm up to you). If they can somehow see that you're just as imperfect and goofy and the rest of them then they might not be so intimidated by your other qualities. And you could try to find out what the others are good at and then tell them how you suck at thsoe things ! (for ex... if one woman says, she plays the piano, then you could tell her how you couldnt play to save your life... and how envious you are that she can...as in, how cool is she to be able to play and how you wish you could be like her in that respect ...all this given that you actually dont play the piano)...so you see what i'm saying.
anyway, thats just one strategy.

Keep us posted with updates
Cheers.
