Thank you all again. It went surprisingly well, but I think I also had a comfortable committee compared to some. A friend of mine was assigned the commitee from h*ll and I really feel for her.
As far as helping the pageant, I don't know. Clutz woman strikes again. I spilled my drink down the front of my light-colored sweater in my car on the way in today. So much for presenting a pulled-together appearance.
Also, I imagined that I was leaving my "baggage" outside the door. I promised it I would pick it back up when I was done. Little did it know that I was crossing my fingers. Of course, I would probably trip over it on the way out. Or it would chase me down the hall until it caught up with me and latched back on just before I made it to the stairwell.
So I guess I need to find an evening gown that accomdates an oversized carry-on!
