(actually my current job is ok, but work IS a four-letter word)a story:
i once worked with somebody (superior to me, but not my boss, even though she thought she was) that was careless, thoughtless, egotistical, and totally self-absorbed.
i had to take up boxercise and picture punching her in the head. this helped somewhat but still never quite eliminated the dull pounding headache that started whenever i saw her and escalated when she would pull her signature bird-brained moves.
guess what happened to her? she got pneumonia and couldn't work with me any more for the semester ... then i was assigned to somebody else
i barely refrained from doing a little dance and smiling broadly when she told me.
see penny? sometimes karma does work miracles ...
