I don't have any direct knowledge of how safe Zoloft is in pregnancy. Maybe you could ask another doctor about Zoloft's safety. I do think that your state of mind is important to the development of your baby. If you're depressed, you're less likely to eat right, exercise, and develop positive feelings about your baby. Pregnancy has enough emotional ups and down, without adding depression on top if it. And don't forget the two children you already have. A year of a depressed mom can have a significant impact on them. If Zoloft is, indeed, safe during pregnancy, in my opinion, you owe it to yourself, your current family, and baby-to-be to be in your best emotional state.
