Tony,

For what it's worth, I'm a newcomer and I figured it out as well, and I understood completely.

I thought what you said to WhiteRabbit a few days ago regarding her "Neurotic Mate" want ad was one of the most endearing posts I have ever read on the board. Gosh, I, too, identified with White Rabbit's post so much that, save for the smoking* part, I thought someone had posted my own thoughts from about five years ago - when I was in a similar situation.

It's hell to be lonely, if you're physically alone, or in a crowded room full of people.

You said: "This way I don't make a fool of my-self like I am doing now."

Well, I don't see you as a fool now or in any other post of yours that I've read.

What I can see, from your words, is a kind and sensitive individual who seems to have an enormous heart and a lot of empathy for the world (and a nice well-spoken cat ;-) Oh yeah, and someone who mentioned T.S. Eliot last night, which sent me in search of my favorite poem, which always makes me feel better after I read it a few times.

So, there you have it. Take care. I love your posts.

*I'm not an anti-smoker, I just saw that as the only difference in descriptions White Rabbit reeled out so eloquently.
