I can totally see that...
I had a series of "make or break" questions for my husband before we met. A few more strikes and he would have been out. His mom has cats so he liked them. Dogs too. So, did he hunt or fish? Ok, what were his favorite movies (this one was important- I think it tells so much about someone)...political affiliation was fairly important, I knew he wanted kids (yet another plus of internet dating) and he had gud grammer. Well you know you can't everything in common and frankly your relationship would be boring if you did. He's quieter than I am. Well who isn't really...We're a good balance. And he would never tell a joke like the dog one! In fact, in movies I'd rather see a human get killed than an animal. Twisted??

I had a wacky social psych prof. in college who had some er, interesting opinions. She asked us if we knew any old women that lived alone with big dogs. Then she said, "You KNOW what's goin' on, right? Not just companionship"!!!!!!

Ewwwwwww times like, infinity
i'm proud to say that it took me a little while to get it.
