Daily. :-) Sometimes there is so much going on in the office that I have to say the number out loud so that I don't forget it before typing...It's the only way a person can concentrate while being interrupted sometimes.. Argh!!
Oh yeah, and I criticise myself out loud when practising my singing. Got that habit from my guitar-playing mother.
I talk to my cat too.
Don't worry. It's normal. :-)
