Hi friend,
I'm not doing well at all. I called Dave to be sure he will be home tonight. I don't think I should be alone. I forgot we are at war. I'm going right home after work, taking a sleeping pill and sleeping. I just can't deal with this anymore.
I told my online shrink I need space. I don't know how to talk to him right now. I'm so sad.
