Yep it is lame-but I'm over it :0)!!!!!!
I'm used to it and I thank the Lord that I have finally realized that it's my dad's loss. The pain of his verbal and emotional abuse is not worse than having him in my life and him continuing this abuse. Man, I'm 32. A therapist once told me this back in 1996:"Sometimes you have to cut off the ones you love-(even if they are family)-to save your own sanity" I never really did, I was there for him ALWAYS, as well as a lot of other people-Guess he forgot that-his mind is so warped after many years of drug and alcohol abuse. I know he's human-but I do not and will not put up with him anymore. I guess It's about time.Kristen
