It sounds like you're really working hard at it all. Congratulations on the openness in therapy. I know that wasn't easy for you.

I'm not journaling right now, can't concentrate. I quit taking my meds so as to better be able to work late. It's working (I worked thru the night last night), but my computer screen is a bit insubstantial looking. I should be able to catch up on sleep tonight and I will take my meds tonight. But today will be interesting. Everything is shimmery. Tired eyes.
