Thanks for your reply. Mine isn't really an eating problem, although it seems to manifest itself that way sometimes. I notice my paranoia increases markedly when I haven't eaten well-- no big revelation for most people I realize, but
it's surprising how you can forget that when caught up in the vortex of depression. I forced myself to eat three meals today, not too far apart and am feeling 'somewhat' better. But there's always
something more to it than just the food. Thanks again for your reply.
