Trust me when I say that I had SUCH a hard time when I first got to this forum. It was awful. I sent a post that everyone was offended by. There was discussion on this board as well as the administration board about it. It was horrible. I thought these people would shun me forever.
That was only about a month or so ago. Just to show you that the people here are so genuine and so forgiving, not to mention caring.
So, I am glad that you decided to stick it out. You will find real strength here.
As far as another shrink goes, I can't do it all again. I put so much into going to see a shrink in the first place. My husband is totally disgusted with the fact that he is "paying good money" for me to talk to someone. It was so hard to talk about what I did with this guy, I just couldn't put myself through that again. Yikes!!
Thank you very much for your concern, though. I am trying this online guy in hopes to get my life together. If it doesn't work, well...
