Trophy Wife

I was at work the other day when a long-time patient, a very wealthy man, showed up with his new wife, a woman at least 20 years younger than he is. She was tiny, tan and blond, wearing hot pants and pink high-heel sandals. The diamond on her wedding ring was the biggest rock I've ever seen.
Jeez, what is it with guys?
