Alii,

Don't blame yourself,
please! It's something
you can't control,
you wouldn't wish this
feeling on yourself,
would you, if you
could help it.

I woke up crying every day
last year for a long period of time.
Went to bed crying,
woke up crying,
meds were not yet stabilized.
It's still so clear in my mind,
those horrible horrible
feelings, nothing to do
but wait it out,
and keep talking...
