Oh, I hate forced things too! I dont have therapy now, but used to hate having to turn up at the same time each week regardless. Some weeks it would have been great to see him a couple of times when *I* was needing it (whenever that was) and be left in peace on other weeks.... And having to pay for it too doesnt help.
Sounds like you have major stuff to deal with, tho. Good luck!
