I decided to join the group. We have had two meetings thus far, and one goal I have is to work on my anger at my T about all this.
It is, I believe, the best thing for me right now. It feels pretty important that I not be working alone on my life BS. I'm having a fair share of ideation, but less than usual. However, my desire to drink is through the roof.
Gonna get numb one way or the other, I think.
