That's the whole thing. I go through the motions, recall being happy about such things, do feel less rushed, but the emotion is flatline. Logically I know I'm where I want to be, but the "joy" is missing. Emotionally I'm on a flat endless journey, and I can't force the tides to change even if I change direct.

I had to look up the meaning. Good point! Will discuss this with pysch next appointment. Seems he's able to give that little insight that helps to keep the treadmill going.
