Noa - sorry to jump into this late, but where and how do you use the larger box. My pdoc gave me some info on light boxes and since I can't see myself just sitting in front of one doing nothing, I wondered if the smaller ones on a desk might be sufficient. Would this be something you'd just keep on all day like a regular desk lamp?
