See the bad in everything so as not to get your hopes up//when you feel good, act like you’re miserable//whine when everything does not go your way//blame others//refuse to discuss communication problem with pdoc//say ‘I know exactly what you mean’ when you don’t//use big words when unnecessary//refuse to take yourself seriously//exercise and then eat ice cream//vary your meds by insignificant amounts to prove you are in control//ignore every fashionable trend even if you like it// . . . and in the words of Steve Martin – be obsequious, clairvoyant and purple.
