so how long have you been seeing this guy? has it progressed to the point where you could mention that you had breast cancer?
i'm not surprised he gets frustrated--perhaps he wants more trust in the relationship, if it has progressed to that point?
do you think there's a point with everyone? some sort of *something*? so i'm alkie, i've got a snaky scar, i've got chicken legs, i'm mentally ill--but my current boy seems to be infatuated with me in spite of all of this!
my last boyfriend smoked so much pot that he began to develop a "breast bud"--like, he was really skinny, but one of his areolas really began to protrude. he became horribly ashamed, wearing pocket tees and tucking packs of cigs in the pocket to cover his "deformity"--he thought i'd dump him over it!! and i was just--"baby, i love you, no..." but it was so *maginified* in his mind. he swore me to secrecy etc, tho i think all of our other stobner buds would have not only been sypathetic, but it would have been a great warning to them.
any guy who is worth his weight in salt will accept the truth as he knows you and he loves you. *to me* it sounds like you have a great lawsuit on your hands, and ya better hire the best damn boob surgeon in the country, and you're still young...shit! i can't imagine how it would feel to have this problem that you do, but i know that i've felt absolutely *devastated* that my right is a perfect C and my left is popping into a D--the inequity of it all!--so i'd imagine yr pretty fuckin down, as evinced by yr posts.
time, baby, time...good lawyer=good money=good results, if all goes well. please realize that this is not a permanent situation.
i found out my new boyfriend has a tiny penus! so fuckin what?! it does matter, but i still consider him my jake ryan (did you ever watch *16 candles*?).
body parts ain't everything, babe, and you seem to have a wonderful personality.
please keep us updated. do you have a bad-ass lawyer? was this in the media at all? i rmemeber watching an episode of sally-jesse in which a doc had left (i have no idea how) a piece of *carpet* in his patient's implants, and she became very ill, infected...are you suing your doc?
i worked as a clinical assistant at one point, went through rigorous training, and we learned that docs are much, much more likely to be careless about rules than nurses, assistants, what-have-you, because--well, i don't know. the main thing i remember is that in a medical job, you're supposed to wash yr hands 50-8- times a day, and docs average like, 5. infections from non-hand-washing cause a variety of infections/deaths....
oh kristi, i could ramble forever on this, but i'll stop...keep posting and be your own be your own best advocate, and i hope you have some bad-ass lawyer to sue the hospital and get you a bad-ass tit-job...
