He is not benevolent, he wants us to leave, but he is cetainly not evil.

Any experience like this? The voice is obviously part of one's own consciousness. But experienced as somewhat separate.
I have had this experience all my life and considered it so routine that I was surprised several years ago when in discussing this with a friend who is into New Age I found out this was not a common phenomenon.
