You are not alone are you. Talk to your husband. I would make an appointment with your psych to check about your meds. I'm not familiar with pb but do think that it can be controlled once the right combination of meds are found.
If you're feeling really uncomfortable ask your husband to bring you to the hospital and stay with you.
If I'm overconcerned, just tell me to relax.
