> Regarding snacks try adding a side-dish of say baby carrots, then with time increase the size of the side-dish until it becomes the snack. One time I was able to quit smoking by not carrying any money with me. I bought only the small pack of cigs and then with time I was able to cut back. Technology caught up with me though and then we got interac. : (

I eat a lot of vegetables, mostly with meals. It's those in-between snacks that kill me. I rarely eat breakfast, nauseates me in the morning. Occasionally I eat lunch. But in the afternoon I start getting really hungry and snack a lot, then I gorge myself at dinner. I do love carrots, I'll pick some up and give them a try. Some exercise probably wouldn't hurt...

> Have you ever swam in the ocean or rode on those trains that we see on the rice-a-roni commercials? As a teenager I had a dream of buying a houseboat and living on a wharf in San Diego. Are you close to there. The most southerly I've ever gotten is Iowa.

Yup. I've swam in the Pacific Ocean and rode the trolley cars all over San Francisco. I've even been locked in a jail cell on Alcatraz Island (as part of a tour, thought I should clarify that :) SF is a nice place to visit, but there isn't enough money in the world to get me to live there, way too crowded. Can you say non-stop anxiety?

When you're Little instead of Weeping, does that mean you're happier? I hope so.
