Somehow, I sometimes think, nighttime is safer - because everyone else is asleep its a time when you can be uninterrupted by requests, demands, all of the things that overwhelm me. Almost of a feeling that it is a time when I can get off the treadmill and no one will notice...?

Yes Liz, you have hit the nail right on
the head; the world is much less over-

creative people have done their greatest
works in the middle of the night; Thomas
Edison and Winston Churchill, to name a
few.... They took naps during the day
and early evening.
