Yes, amazon.co.uk carries it. Let me know if you have any problem with getting it...but let me know here. I've been having a crazy email problem: I can send mail, but I cannot receive. Some high-tech problem because we use an "airport" so we can both be on-line at the same time on different computers, but using the same phone line.
There's also a bookseller in the UK named John(?) Mackie who carries it. If you need me to look him up I will check it out.
