Thats great that you're feeling better... I've also come along way since we last s;poke.. cut my meds right down - over halved the effexor dose... And feel alot better for it. Not there yet ya know, but I can see some light at the end of the tunnel and thats a good feeling! :o)

Hope it carries on for you.. and GREAT to hear from you - you should do it more often :o)
