I am having limited suicidal thoughts on and off

please help, I am having thoughts, on and off, about committing sucide, I think. Obviously for the past while in this message board, I have posted numerous lengthy messages on a daily basis. I always feel guilty if that matters. I'd rather OD on anti-depressants if possible but, I am really trying not to.
