I know this post belongs on the other board, but I just wanted to make sure that you saw it.
Perhaps I didn't make myself clear, or perhaps I have misunderstood you.
This is what I was trying to say:
1. Add clonidine
2. Discontinue hydrocodone
3. Complete hydrocodone withdrawal/detoxification
4. Add naltrexone
5. Keep clonidine
6. Have fun.???
