I was not assuming, that is why I said "if". I made no assumption. Please review what "if" means.

The studies that find a glass of wine a day is good for your heart only looked at the heart effects and did not consider the whole body effects. As it is the bioflavinoids in wine that are benificial it would seem there are many better
sources for them.
