I know exactly how you feel. My (ex?)girlfriend is currently deciding our collective fate in a city far away. It's only been a couple of days since she left but the pain is excruciating. I know she is the one and she says she loves me too, but she says she isn't satisfied with the quality of our relationship.
Like you, I just want to help her with her decision. Our relationship was always very loving and open and now I am totally cut off from her and it hurts. I want to go to her, I want to talk with her but I know I have to wait and let her come to me and when she does I have to respect her decision. Maybe this is not the right time for us, or for you and your boy, but it doesn't mean that you'll never get another chance. I believe that if you're both in love, you will find a way to be together. I know I'll never give up hope.
