structured speech

Posted by rjlockhart37 on April 10, 2016, at 23:12:22

problem during a conversation with coming up on that one word you studder, and try to get back on regular speech. I don't know what causes it, but have to practice with speaking, i've realized i have to know what im going to say......instead of franticly trying to find the right words in less than 1 second

but usally this happens when anxiety is high, like im at a party, or a event where it's required to get rawlled up, loud and pumped, and talk and have a structured conversation with alot of energy. I'll just be talking and all of sudden that terrible moment when you studder or mumble over the words, oh my god, that is my worst nightmare in social terms......

so....i've learned on good speech is you need to have structured way the mouth pronounces words, and know exactly what your gonna say, without any hesitation (anxiety in the moment)

seems like there's a social mask that's created for those situation, but truely an introvert, reserved and sometimes passive.....

anyone ever feel that way?

??
